Chiefs Select Skyy Moore in the 2nd Round

With the 54th pick in the draft the Chiefs went Skyy high

When the Chiefs traded away Tyreek Hill they created a big hole on the roster. Skyy Moore can step in and fill some of that hole as he has the ability to do a lot of what Hill has been so great at. He doesn’t have the same speed as Tyreek but he does have the ability to get open quickly and often.

Not only were the Chiefs able to get the guy they wanted at 54 overall they traded back from 50 and picked up a 5th round pick that will help contribute in 2022 as well. Moore fits a need and the Chiefs have gone three for three hitting great value on their picks at the positions they needed the most.

As you can see from the matrix above Moore was productive in school ranking 4th in yards per game and 9th in both drop rate and TD:drop ratio. Moore’s quickness will help him be productive in 2022 in the Chiefs offense.
