Taking a look at the Chiefs Salary Cap costs for corners in 2024

Over the next month, I’ll review the Chiefs’ salary cap for each roster position. Overall, this is one of the Chiefs' cheaper positional groups, which is interesting because it is also one of the most premium positions in the NFL.

Trent McDuffie

McDuffie moves into the top corner role, with Sneed being traded to the Titans. With essentially three years of control left on his contract, he is the corner they will build around and will likely remain here after his rookie deal. The known part of McDuffie’s deal will run for 2024 and 2025. His salary is $1.552 and $2.613 million, respectively, with a total cap hit of $3.816 and $4.452 million.
