Chiefs Open Practice Window for Pacheco and Omenihu
The Kansas City Chiefs have started the 21 day practice window for Pacheco and Omenihu to return
On Tuesday, the Chiefs started getting a little bit healthier! With Isiah Pacheco and Charles Omenihu returning to practice on Wednesday, it is possible we could see both players on the field on Sunday afternoon in Buffalo. Kansas City is moving in the right direction, getting players back and into the fold for the season.
Pacheco returns to a starting role that will see him splitting carries with Kareem Hunt. Hunt has been fantastic in relief of Pacheco, but the wear and tear is starting to take a toll. Having them healthy going into the playoffs should set this roster apart.
Charles Omenihu returning from his torn ACL could bolster another unit that has not been performing the way you’d hope it would. The Chiefs’ pass rush hasn’t gotten home enough on the season, and if Omenihu can add additional pressure, it could be a huge boost as the Chiefs go for their third straight Super Bowl!
